
Jupiter Wagons Limited has informed the exchanges that one of its manufacturing plants located in Jabalpur has been temporarily shut down for the past 15-20 days due to “unavoidable circumstances.” The update, disclosed via an exchange filing on April 22, 2025, indicates that the disruption is being addressed, and the company expects operations to resume shortly.
According to the regulatory filing under SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR), the company stated:
“The company is taking all necessary measures to resolve the issue and is confident to come to a resolution within a very short span of time and normalize the production.”
While the nature of the disruption has not been explicitly detailed, the company emphasized that the issue is specific to one facility and that efforts are underway to restore normalcy.
Meanwhile, the shares of Jupiter Wagons were trading marginally higher at ₹390.55, up 0.33%, as of the latest session.
