JTL Industries has announced a major expansion in its non-ferrous product portfolio with the introduction of Continuous Cast Copper (CC Copper), a significant step forward for the company’s growth in advanced metal solutions. Until now, JTL’s operations were primarily focused on brass production, delivering around 100 metric tonnes per month. With the addition of CC Copper, total monthly output is projected to rise to approximately 200 metric tonnes, marking a major capacity boost.

JTL’s brass products, produced at 18 mm thickness and refined down to as thin as 0.04 mm, have long catered to a variety of industrial uses. The new CC Copper range will achieve a thickness of 0.08 mm, offering superior electrical and thermal conductivity, ideal for high-performance applications.

The company expects this launch to unlock fresh opportunities across fast-growing sectors such as Electric Vehicles (EVs), Renewable Energy, and Infrastructure & Power Distribution. These industries rely on high-conductivity copper components for battery connectors, solar panels, wind turbines, and grid modernization systems.

JTL Industries aims to further scale production to 500 metric tonnes per month by the end of Q4 FY25, supported by process optimization and increasing demand. The new product line strengthens JTL’s strategy to expand its value-added, high-margin, and technology-driven portfolio, positioning the company as a key player in India’s transition toward electrification and sustainable manufacturing.
