JNK India Limited on Monday announced that it has received an ultra-mega order from JNK Global Co. Ltd., Korea, for providing support services and supplies for a Cracker Furnace Package of a refinery project in India. The order, classified as “ultra-mega,” signifies a project value exceeding ₹1,000 crore, according to the company’s filing with the stock exchanges.
As per the disclosure, the project delivery schedule extends up to February 2, 2028, and involves comprehensive technical and supply support from JNK India to its Korean promoter, JNK Global. The order is considered an international contract, though execution will take place domestically within India.
While JNK Global is one of the promoters of JNK India, the company clarified that there is no conflict of interest, and the transaction qualifies as a related-party contract executed at arm’s length.
This new project underscores JNK India’s growing presence in large-scale energy infrastructure and refinery solutions, reinforcing its expertise in designing and delivering furnace systems for global clients.
The company’s stock is likely to draw investor attention following this development, given the significant project scale and long-term revenue visibility tied to the contract.
