JNK India has been awarded a significant order by JNK Global Co. Ltd., Korea, for the Pengerang Biorefinery Sdn. Bhd.’s Biorefinery project in Malaysia. This deal, finalized on February 06, 2025, involves providing Residual Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, and Supply services, along with transportation to FOB (Mundra Port, India). JNK India will also assist with per diem services for Erection, Commissioning, and Performance Test Witnessing for crucial refinery equipment.
The scope includes the Treating Heater, Isomerization Combined Feed Heater, and Product Fractionator Reboiler Heater. The final delivery is scheduled for April 09, 2026, at the Mundra Port, India. JNK Global, a promoter of JNK India, maintains a non-executive director position with no conflict of interest in this transaction, which is conducted at arm’s length.
