JBM Group, a global Indian conglomerate with a strong presence in sustainability sectors like E-mobility, Renewables, and Green Manufacturing, has formed a strategic partnership with Singapore-based Keppel Ltd., an asset manager and operator specializing in sustainable solutions.

This partnership was announced at the 29th Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Partnership Summit 2024 in New Delhi, with the MoU signed by Mr. Nishant Arya, Vice Chairman of JBM Group, and Ms. Cindy Lim, CEO of Keppel’s Infrastructure Division, in the presence of Mr. Piyush Goyal, Minister of Commerce and Industry, Government of India.

The collaboration aims to accelerate decarbonization in urban infrastructure, tackle the growing demand for e-mobility, and enhance electric-waste (e-waste) management. JBM Group and Keppel will work together on EV charging infrastructure, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and resource recovery facilities, leveraging Keppel’s expertise in clean energy and JBM’s leadership in electric vehicles and auto systems. Together, they plan to drive innovations in sustainable electricity solutions for the commercial and industrial sectors.

The partnership will explore feasibility studies for electromobility hubs, EV charging networks, and resource recovery solutions, contributing to the electrification of transport infrastructure.
