J. Kumar Infraprojects Limited has received a significant infrastructure contract from the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO). The company has been awarded the “Letter of Acceptance” for the design and construction of a coastal road in Navi Mumbai. The project spans from Jalmarg Sector-16, Kharghar, to the PMAY housing scheme near Kharghar Railway Station, and also includes a pedestrian underpass near Delhi Public School, Nerul.

The contract is valued at ₹1,020.70 crore, excluding GST, reinforcing J. Kumar Infraprojects’ position as a leading infrastructure developer in India. The construction timeline for the project is set at 30 months, reflecting the company’s commitment to timely execution and quality development.
