IZMO Ltd’s automotive data and analytics division, FrogData, has announced a strategic partnership with FordDirect, marking a significant step in expanding its presence in the dealership Fixed Operations (FixedOps) ecosystem. Through this collaboration, FrogData has joined The Shop, FordDirect’s curated e-commerce platform designed to help dealerships navigate the rapidly evolving automotive retail landscape.

The Shop, powered by FordDirect, is a one-stop digital marketplace that provides Ford dealers and Lincoln retailers access to vetted, trusted vendors offering pre-negotiated pricing on essential dealership products and services. By onboarding FrogData, FordDirect strengthens its dealer solutions portfolio beyond traditional sales and marketing tools, enabling dealerships to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

As part of this partnership, FrogData’s FixedOps Solutions Suite is now available to Ford dealers, Lincoln retailers, and dealership groups that include Ford or Lincoln stores. The suite includes FixedOps Mojo and FixedOps Velocity, two solutions built to address the growing complexity of service operations and post-warranty customer retention.
