AbhiBus, the bus ticketing arm of ixigo, has announced a strategic partnership with the Odisha State Road Transport Corporation (OSRTC), expanding its state transport coverage in India. This collaboration allows millions of passengers in Odisha to conveniently book government bus services through AbhiBus’ digital platform.

OSRTC, under the Transport & Commerce Department of the Odisha Government, connects over 130 cities, towns, and business centers within Odisha and 68 cities outside the state. With a fleet of 577 intercity and interstate buses operating 4,800 daily services, OSRTC provides extensive connectivity. Its flagship Mukhyamantri Bus Seva (MBS) serves more than 6,720 Gram Panchayats through 1,422 rural buses, making it one of India’s most inclusive public transport systems.

Through this partnership, OSRTC services will now be accessible on the AbhiBus platform, offering travelers the convenience of digital bookings, real-time bus tracking, secure payments, and a variety of routes and bus categories—all in one trusted app.

This move strengthens AbhiBus’ growing network of state transport collaborations. In recent months, the platform has partnered with seven new State Road Transport Corporations (SRTCs), including SBSTC, TSRTC, PRTC, KSRTC, SNT, and UTC. Today, AbhiBus aggregates 17 major SRTCs, providing millions of passengers with affordable, reliable, and well-connected travel options across India.
