ITD Cementation India Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Navneet Kabra as Senior Vice President – Operations, effective July 1, 2025. The company’s Board of Directors approved the appointment based on the recommendation of its Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Mr. Kabra brings with him over 22 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, having previously worked with Udupi Power Corporation, Adani Infra India, CPL Power India, Tata Power Company, and Adani ConneX Private Limited.
His academic background includes a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Finance from ICFAI University, Hyderabad, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Emeritus Institute of Management, Singapore.
ITD Cementation stated that Mr. Kabra’s appointment falls under the category of Senior Management Personnel and will be subject to annual performance review as per company policy. The company also confirmed that Mr. Kabra is not related to any director on the board.
