ITCONS E-Solutions has recently informed exchanges that the company entered into a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with Wal-Mart India Private Limited, also known as Flipkart, for one-time placement services across India.
The agreement, which does not specify a fixed value, will scale based on Flipkart’s needs over time. The scope of the agreement will be flexible, depending on the client’s resource requirements. Notably, there are no related party transactions or shareholding arrangements involved in this partnership.
In the exchange filing, the company shared, “We are pleased to inform that the company has entered into a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with Wal-Mart India Private Limited (“Flipkart”) to provide One Time Placement Services across the India.”
This strategic collaboration allows ITCONS to provide placement services to Flipkart, enhancing their workforce management on demand across various locations in India.
