Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) has announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2024, reporting steady growth in both revenue and profit.
For Q2 FY2025, IRCTC’s revenue from operations reached ₹1,063.99 crore, marking a 7.2% increase compared to ₹992.40 crore in the same quarter last year. This growth highlights IRCTC’s sustained performance in its operational segments.
The company’s net profit for Q2 FY2025 rose to ₹307.87 crore, reflecting a 4.5% increase from ₹294.68 crore in Q2 FY2024, indicating improved profitability amidst steady revenue growth.
For the half-year ended September 30, 2024, IRCTC recorded a total revenue of ₹2,181.59 crore, up from ₹1,993.01 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal. The net profit for the half-year stood at ₹615.58 crore, compared to ₹526.89 crore in H1 FY2024.
