Ircon International Limited announced on Wednesday that it has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Coal India Limited. The agreement was executed on October 8, 2025, in Kolkata, with the objective of developing rail infrastructure for Coal India and its subsidiaries.

The collaboration aims to enhance transportation connectivity and support Coal India’s logistics network through improved railway infrastructure. The filing was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
