IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Anil Kumar Yadav as Chief Executive Officer – Business Development & Investment, effective October 8, 2025. The decision was approved by the company’s Board of Directors in its meeting held on the same day.
Yadav, who has been with IRB for over 18 years, previously served as the Group Chief Financial Officer. A Chartered Accountant by profession, he is also an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, having completed the Senior Management Program. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
With more than 22 years of experience across finance, strategy, and corporate leadership, Yadav will now oversee IRB’s business development and investment functions as a designated Key Managerial Personnel of the company.
