Interarch Building Solutions Ltd. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Moldtek Technologies Limited (MTTL) to enhance its global presence, focusing on export orders. This strategic collaboration aligns with Interarch’s goal of expanding international operations by leveraging MTTL’s expertise in engineering design and detailing services.
Under this partnership, Interarch will manage the manufacturing, shipping, and erection of pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) and structural steel projects, while MTTL will provide specialized design support. Additionally, Interarch will utilize MTTL’s Atlanta office for marketing to international clients.
The agreement ensures a dedicated collaboration, with MTTL introducing clients and Interarch committing to exclusivity for such projects. As part of the deal, MTTL will earn a commission of 5% on export orders it helps secure, with adjustments possible based on mutual agreement. The initial business plan is set for two years, with potential extensions.
