Interarch Building Solutions Limited, a leading player in the pre-engineered steel buildings (PEB) sector, announced the ground-breaking of its new manufacturing facility in Kheda, Gujarat, with an investment of ₹70 crore.
The state-of-the-art facility, spread over 12 acres, will have an installed capacity of 40,000 MT in its first phase and is expected to generate over 400 direct and indirect jobs in the region. The Gujarat plant will complete Interarch’s pan-India manufacturing footprint, strategically positioned to serve high-growth sectors in West and Central India, while also supporting export operations through nearby ports.
CEO Manish Garg called the expansion “a significant milestone” for the company, adding that Gujarat’s strong industrial clusters in semiconductors, EVs, and allied industries provide the perfect ecosystem for Interarch’s growth.
“With this expansion, we will not only complete our pan-India footprint but also enhance our capacity by 40,000 MT, enabling us to serve both domestic and international demand more effectively,” Garg said.
Interarch, already executing projects such as India’s first semiconductor manufacturing unit in Sanand, a tyre facility in Bhuj, and solar and industrial projects in Jamnagar and Bharuch, expects this expansion to bolster its leadership in the PEB industry.
The company is targeting a turnover of ₹2,400 crore by FY28, driven by new capacity additions and strong demand across renewables, EVs, semiconductors, and data centers.
