Interarch Building Solutions has announced that it has received a significant Letter of Intent (LOI) from a domestic customer for a large pre-engineered steel building project valued at approximately ₹70 crore. The company shared the update in a regulatory filing made on 11 December 2025, in line with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
While the customer’s identity has not been disclosed due to commercial confidentiality, Interarch confirmed that the order is a full-scope project covering design, engineering, manufacturing, supply and erection of a complete pre-engineered steel building system.
According to the filing, the project comes with an execution timeline of 8 months. The order also includes a 15% advance component, highlighting the customer’s commitment as well as the scale of the engagement. Interarch noted that the order is entirely domestic in nature and does not involve any related-party transactions. The promoter or promoter group also holds no interest in the customer entity.
