Interarch Building Solutions Limited has strengthened its board with the appointment of industry veterans Dr. Anoop Kumar Mittal and Mr. Aditya Vij as independent directors, effective August 12, 2025. The move is aimed at supporting the company’s long-term strategic growth and reinforcing governance.
Dr. Mittal, former Chairman-cum-Managing Director of NBCC (India) Ltd., brings nearly four decades of experience in civil engineering, real estate development, mergers and acquisitions, and project management. His expertise in the infrastructure and construction sector is expected to add significant value to Interarch’s growth plans.
Mr. Vij, a seasoned global business leader, has held leadership roles across healthcare, automotive, private equity, and aerospace sectors. He previously served as CEO of Fortis Healthcare, held senior positions at General Motors in Europe and India, and was most recently an Operating Partner at Kedaara Capital Advisors.
Managing Director Arvind Nanda said the appointments reflect Interarch’s focus on responsible growth, innovation, and sustainable infrastructure solutions. The company aims to sharpen its strategic roadmap while continuing to expand in the fast-growing construction and industrial solutions sector in India and overseas.
