IGREL Renewables, the renewable energy platform of the INOXGFL Group, has raised ₹300 crore in equity from prominent investors, including Akash Bhansali, Rohit Kothari, and Madhusudan Kela. The funds will help the company expand its presence in the renewable energy sector, aiming to become one of India’s top renewable power generation platforms.
IGREL plans to reach 2 GW of installed wind and solar capacity by FY27, with a cumulative investment of ₹12,000 crore over the next three years. The company has already secured over 600 MW in power purchase agreements (PPAs) and letters of intent (LoIs) from various customers.
Inox Wind will play a key role in the project execution, providing turnkey solutions, while Inox Green will offer long-term operations and maintenance (O&M) services for the entire portfolio. This venture further strengthens the INOXGFL Group’s position in India’s energy transition.
Executive Director Devansh Jain expressed his confidence in IGREL’s growth, highlighting the value it will bring to the entire group and its stakeholders.
