Innovators Facade Systems Limited has announced receiving a significant work order worth Rs 61.11 crore from Larsen & Toubro (L&T Construction – Buildings & Factories division). The project involves design, fabrication, supply, installation, and commissioning of façade works for the Central Secretariat Buildings 6 and 7, located at Maulana Azad Road, New Delhi.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, the project is expected to be completed by October 2026. This order comes from a domestic entity, and there is no related party involvement from the promoter group in this transaction.
Innovators Facade Systems confirmed that this transaction does not fall under the definition of a related party transaction as per the Companies Act, 2013.
Meanwhile, the shares of Innovators Facade Systems were last seen trading at Rs 138.85 apiece on the BSE, reflecting investor sentiment towards the company’s latest business developments.
