Bengaluru, September 9, 2025 – Infosys Finacle, part of EdgeVerve Systems (a wholly owned subsidiary of Infosys), announced today that PT Bank CTBC Indonesia has successfully deployed the Finacle Digital Banking Solution Suite on a cloud-hosted model as part of its digital transformation drive.
With this adoption, Bank CTBC Indonesia has modernized its core banking stack, including loans, deposits, trade finance, payments, and customer data hub, integrated seamlessly with its existing Finacle-powered online banking and retail loan origination systems. The upgrade will help the bank deliver new products and services faster, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
According to the bank, migrating to the Finacle suite on a PostgreSQL database platform has resulted in over 300% reduction in bulk processing time, significantly improving efficiency and lowering total cost of ownership.

Sajit Vijayakumar, CEO of Infosys Finacle, emphasized that the cloud-native solutions provide “secure, scalable flexibility” and will enable the bank to deliver an industry-leading digital platform.
