Infosys has announced an expansion of its collaboration with Siemens AG to drive digital learning through generative AI. The initiative aims to provide over 250,000 Siemens employees globally with upskilling opportunities using AI-driven platforms.

Siemens’ My Learning World platform will integrate Infosys Topaz, an AI-powered offering, and Infosys Wingspan, an enterprise learning experience platform. This will enhance accessibility and personalization in digital learning.

The platform will feature an AI-powered knowledge assistant, providing instant answers and personalized course recommendations. Additionally, it includes AI-assisted content authoring in multiple languages and a virtual tutor for real-time guidance.

Siemens’ Global Head of Learning & Growth, Jenny Lin, emphasized the importance of fostering a culture of continuous learning, stating that this collaboration aligns with Siemens’ commitment to innovation and workforce development. Jasmeet Singh, EVP at Infosys, highlighted generative AI as a game-changer in learning and development, providing engaging and tailored experiences.

The partnership builds on Siemens’ existing learning ecosystem, which already serves 216,000 active users and offers over 178,000 learning materials. It also extends support to factory employees, with 27,000 shopfloor workers utilizing the platform.

With a strong emphasis on upskilling and digital transformation, this collaboration underscores both companies’ commitment to leveraging AI for workforce empowerment and future-readiness.
