Info Edge (India) Limited has announced a significant senior leadership reorganisation within its recruitment vertical as part of its ongoing structural realignment to strengthen operational efficiency and accelerate long-term growth.
The company’s Board, based on recommendations from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, approved the changes through a circular resolution dated October 30, 2025. The new roles will take effect from November 3, 2025.
As part of the restructuring, Jatin Thukral, previously Executive Vice President & Head – Data Science, has been elevated to Chief Product Officer, Naukri & Chief AI Scientist, Info Edge. Thukral, a Ph.D. from ETH Zurich and former senior leader at BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, and Flipkart, will lead AI strategy and product development across key platforms including Naukri and Naukri Expert Assist.
Nimish Kulshrestha, EVP – Product Development, has been redesignated as Chief Business Officer for IIMJobs, Hirist and NaukriGulf, where he will steer business and growth strategy for the recruitment platforms.
Shail Gaurav, EVP – Marketing, has been named Chief Business Officer, Naukri 360/FF & Head of B2C Marketing, expanding his responsibilities across consumer and business growth functions.
Additionally, Atul Kumar will cease to be classified as senior management personnel following organisational restructuring.
Info Edge said the move reflects its commitment to aligning leadership with strategic priorities and scaling its AI-first digital recruitment ecosystem.
