Infibeam Avenues Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, IA Fintech IFSC Private Limited, has received in-principle approval from the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) to operate as a Payment Service Provider (PSP) in GIFT-IFSC, Gandhinagar.
According to the company’s regulatory filing dated October 27, 2025, the approval allows IA Fintech to offer the following services:
- Escrow Service
- Cross-Border Money Transfer Service
- Merchant Acquisition Service
Infibeam stated that the move will enable its subsidiary to expand its fintech capabilities globally through GIFT City, India’s international financial hub.
The company noted that this development marks a significant milestone in strengthening its position in cross-border payment and digital finance infrastructure.
No monetary impact was disclosed, and the company confirmed that the approval does not replace any existing license or regulatory compliance requirement.
