IndusInd Bank Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Amitabh Kumar Singh as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective November 10, 2025, as part of the bank’s senior managerial personnel.
Mr. Singh brings with him over 28 years of experience in human resources, having spent 21 years with the ICICI Group. In his most recent role, he served as CHRO at ICICI Home Finance, and prior to that, worked for 11 years with ICICI Bank and 8 years with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance.
A post-graduate in Human Resources (PMIR) from XISS Ranchi, Mr. Singh has also held key HR roles at L&T Ltd., Atos Origin India, Tata Interactive Systems, and Mphasis Ltd. before joining ICICI.
IndusInd Bank said the appointment is in line with its focus on strengthening leadership capabilities and aligning its people strategy with the bank’s growth objectives. The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and has been published on the bank’s official website.
