Indo Tech Transformers Limited has added a major win to its order book, confirming that the company has received a fresh purchase order worth ₹91.26 crore, excluding taxes. The order, dated 25 November 2025, has been placed by Four EF Constructions for a series of NTPC-linked power projects across India.

The deal covers the manufacturing and supply of eleven high-capacity transformers, a segment in which Indo Tech has long maintained a strong engineering reputation. According to the details shared under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the order includes three units of 112/160 MVA transformers, six units of 87.5/125 MVA transformers, and two units of 70/100 MVA transformers. All eleven units are set to be delivered between August 2026 and October 2026, indicating a tightly managed execution schedule for the company’s production lines.

Since the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and carries no related-party involvement, Indo Tech has clarified that it falls well within the standard regulatory framework. However, the company noted that the size of the order is materially significant compared to its routine business transactions, making the disclosure mandatory under SEBI norms.
