Registration for Towers 3 and Inclusive Housing is currently pending. Plot A development consists of 3 residential buildings, one Inclusive Housing tower and a Mandai/Shopping Center.

- Tower 2: 24,136.41 sq.m (2,59,804.32 sq.ft) of RERA carpet area
- Tower 3 (Including Retail): 15,428.51 sq.m (1,66,072.48 sq.ft) of RERA carpet area
- Retail in Inclusive Housing: 63.77 sq.m (686.42 sq.ft) of RERA carpet area
Total RERA Carpet Area for Plot A: 52,269.66 sq.m (5,62,630.62 sq.ft)
