India Glycols Limited has announced a new partnership with Bengaluru-based Amrut Distilleries to manufacture, bottle, market, and sell several premium liquor brands on a royalty basis. The partnership will cover key regions including Delhi, Haryana, Uttarakhand, and Uttar Pradesh.
The collaboration will see the introduction of renowned Amrut brands such as the Maqintosh Special Edition Whisky, Bejois XO Brandy, and Old Port Rum. These premium brands will be available across multiple states, with Amrut’s Maqintosh Special Edition Whisky set to launch in Delhi, Uttarakhand, and Uttar Pradesh. Amrut’s Old Port Rum and Bejois XO Brandy will also be sold in Delhi, Haryana, and Uttarakhand.
The Board of India Glycols reviewed and approved the partnership during its meeting on September 21, 2024. This move marks a strategic step for the company to expand its footprint in the premium liquor market across North India.
