Real estate developer Hubtown Limited announced that its associate company, Twenty Five Downtown Realty Limited (TFDRL), has received the RERA registration certificate for Tower 4 (Ruby Mount) of its 25 Downtown project located at Mahalaxmi, Mumbai.
With this development, TFDRL has now obtained RERA registration for all four towers (T1, T2, T3, and T4) under the 25 Downtown project. The update was shared by Hubtown in a regulatory filing to the BSE and NSE under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company stated that the move marks significant progress for the premium residential and commercial project, which is among Hubtown’s key developments in South Mumbai.
