Real estate developer Hubtown Limited announced that its subsidiary, Rare Townships Private Limited (RTPL), has received the Occupation Certificate (OC) for two residential towers — Manhattan Residency (Tower A4) and Detroit Residency (Tower A5) — under its flagship Rising City project in Ghatkopar, Mumbai.

According to the company’s filing with the stock exchanges, Hubtown achieved sales of 1.23 lakh square feet, representing around 75% of the total area across the two towers. The development marks a significant milestone in the ongoing progress of the Rising City project.

Hubtown had earlier, in March 2025, informed the exchanges about steady progress on the project, which continues to attract strong demand in Mumbai’s eastern suburbs.

The company stated that this update has been submitted under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
