The facility begins operations with a team of around 100 professionals and is positioned to serve clients across Egypt, the Middle East, and several major European markets.
The center is located within one of Cairo’s prominent technology parks, giving Hexaware access to a strong talent pool and enabling multilingual customer experience services in Arabic, English, and key European languages. Egypt has increasingly become an attractive hub for global technology and CX operations due to its strong education ecosystem, wide availability of international language skills, and a time zone that aligns well with global business hours.
Hexaware is also collaborating with local universities to create a consistent pipeline of skilled talent, ensuring long-term growth and seamless delivery for international clients.
The new Cairo unit will operate on Hexaware’s AI-led and human-intelligence-perfected delivery model, blending automation, analytics, and generative AI with trained CX teams. This approach is part of the company’s ongoing strategy to build digital-first global hubs that enhance customer experience and strengthen operational excellence.
