HDFC Asset Management Company Ltd (HDFC AMC) reported a strong set of earnings for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4 FY25), with net profit rising 18% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹638.46 crore, compared to ₹540.84 crore in the same quarter last year.

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹90 per equity share for FY25, subject to shareholder approval.
“Recommended a final Dividend of Rs. 90/- per equity share of Rs. 5/- each of the Company, for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The final dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be dispatched/ remitted within the applicable regulatory timelines after the Annual General Meeting. “

Shares of HDFC AMC surged 1.99% to ₹4,212.00 in Thursday’s session following the earnings announcement and dividend declaration. The stock touched an intraday high of ₹4,233.60 and now commands a market cap of ₹901.8 billion. Trading volume crossed 412,000 shares, reflecting strong investor interest post-results.
