For Q2 FY25, HDFC AMC reported a sharp rise in its tax expenses, which increased to ₹281.80 crore from ₹151.57 crore in the previous year. This is in line with the company’s higher profit before tax, which surged by 45.8% YoY to ₹858.68 crore. Despite the increased tax burden, the company maintained strong profitability with a net profit of ₹576.88 crore.
