HCLTech has announced an extension of its strategic partnership with Xerox, focusing on AI-driven engineering services and digital process operations (DPO). This collaboration is integral to Xerox’s “Reinvention,” a comprehensive redesign aimed at positioning the company for long-term, sustainable growth.

Under this extended partnership, HCLTech will leverage automation, product and sustenance engineering, and process operations services—covering areas such as Order to Cash, Sales and Marketing Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement. The initiative will be powered by HCLTech’s advanced full-stack AI platform, HCLTech AI Force, delivering a unified interface to transform employee and client engagement with Xerox.

Additionally, HCLTech will support the newly formed Xerox Global Business Services (GBS) organization, helping to drive key business metrics, including working capital management, device connectivity, and sales efficiency. This collaboration is expected to further integrate innovative capabilities, advancing Xerox’s digital transformation roadmap.

“As we continue our Reinvention, our aim is to drive enterprise-wide efficiency by centralizing processes, platforms, and capabilities. By extending our agreement with HCLTech and leveraging its expertise, Xerox will become more agile while continuously improving employee and client experiences,” said Louie Pastor, Executive Vice President and Chief Transformation and Administrative Officer at Xerox.

“We are proud to partner with Xerox and look forward to deepening our collaboration to drive strategic value in new service development, growth, and cost optimization,” added Raghu Kidambi, Corporate Vice President and Global Head of Digital Process Operations at HCLTech.

The partnership between HCLTech and Xerox, which began in 2009, initially focused on product engineering, IT, and process support services. Over the years, both companies have jointly secured 215 U.S. patents and established world-class R&D labs, seamlessly integrated with Xerox’s infrastructure and standards. HCLTech supports Xerox’s digital transformation through its global delivery network spanning India, Guatemala, Portugal, Bulgaria, Romania, the Philippines, and Sri Lanka.
