HCLTech Ltd announced today that its Board of Directors has approved an interim dividend of ₹12 per equity share with a face value of ₹2 for the financial year 2024-25. The record date for determining shareholders eligible for the dividend has been set as October 22, 2024, and the payment will be made by October 30, 2024.
In its board meeting, HCLTech also approved the un-audited financial results for Q2 and H1 FY25.
