HCL Technologies has entered a strategic partnership with UiPath to accelerate agentic automation across global enterprises. The collaboration aims to transform business operations by deploying the UiPath Platform™, which enables intelligent and self-sufficient processes with minimal human intervention.
As part of the deal, HCLTech will utilize its AI expertise and pre-configured AI agents to implement the platform across key domains such as finance, supply chain, customer service, marketing, and HR. The initiative is designed to enhance business agility, improve workforce efficiency, and increase returns on automation investments.
Further strengthening this alliance, HCLTech and UiPath will jointly establish an AI Lab in India. This facility will develop Industry-Focused Repeatable Solutions (IFRS) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to support full-cycle automation—from strategy and deployment to optimization.
HCLTech will leverage its global delivery network to serve UiPath customers in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Commenting on the partnership, UiPath COO Ashim Gupta said the collaboration will accelerate intelligent transformation for clients worldwide, while HCLTech’s Raghu Kidambi emphasized the potential for setting new benchmarks in autonomous operations.
This development aligns with HCLTech’s broader focus on AI and cloud-first architectures, further solidifying its presence in the intelligent automation space.
