Hindustan Aeronautics on Wednesday informed stock exchanges about a change in its senior management following the promotion of an internal executive.
In a regulatory filing dated January 1, 2026, the defence public sector undertaking said Shri Pradeep Kumar has been promoted to the position of Executive Director (Human Resources), Corporate Office, with effect from January 1, 2026.
The company stated that the change has been made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The reason for the change in designation has been cited as promotion.
Hindustan Aeronautics clarified that the update pertains to senior management and has been disclosed to ensure transparency and compliance with applicable listing regulations.
The filing was signed by Shailesh Bansal, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, and submitted to both BSE and NSE for record purposes
