H.G. Infra Engineering Limited (HGINFRA), a leading player in India’s infrastructure sector, has announced a major milestone for its Raipur-Visakhapatnam corridor project. Its wholly-owned subsidiary, H.G. Raipur Visakhapatnam AP-1 Private Limited, has received the Provisional Certificate of Completion (PCC-1) for the development of the six-lane Aluru–Jakkuva section of NH-130 CD Road in Andhra Pradesh.

The provisional certificate, issued by the Independent Engineer on October 1, 2025, confirms that the project is fit for commercial operation, retroactively effective from May 23, 2025.

This project, developed under the Bharatmala Pariyojana on Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM), involves a 1060.11 crore INR investment and covers the stretch from Km. 365+033 to Km. 396+800. The project was initially appointed on March 31, 2022, with a scheduled completion date of March 29, 2024, and demonstrates HGINFRA’s commitment to delivering critical road infrastructure even beyond planned timelines.
