H.G. Infra Engineering has informed the exchanges that its joint venture with Kalpataru Projects International has officially received the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) on 10 December 2025 for a key package of the Thane Integral Ring Metro Project.

As disclosed, the JV — with H.G. Infra holding a 40% share and Kalpataru Projects leading with 60% — will undertake the design and construction of an elevated metro viaduct covering 20.527 kilometres. This stretch runs between the UG Ramp and Balkum Naka and also includes the Depot Approach Viaduct along with three complex special spans.

The company noted that all details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements had already been provided in its earlier announcement dated 21 November 2025.
