Gujarat Industries has announced a key milestone in its renewable energy expansion. The company stated that it has successfully commissioned an additional 105 MW of solar power capacity from its ongoing 600 MW project. With this, the total operational capacity from the project has now reached 210 MW.
The solar power project is located within the massive 2,375 MW Renewable Energy Park at Khavda, in the Great Rann of Kutch. This development marks another step forward in the company’s commitment to scaling up clean energy generation and contributing to India’s renewable energy goals.
Gujarat Industries had earlier commissioned 105 MW in June 2025, and the phased commissioning of the remaining capacity is expected to follow. The company expressed confidence that the project will play a significant role in boosting sustainable power supply in the region.
