Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (GRSE) has announced the signing of two significant Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) during its official delegation visit to Sweden and Denmark.
In Sweden, GRSE inked an MoU with Berg Propulsion, a global leader in marine propulsion systems. This strategic partnership aims to bolster GRSE’s marine equipment portfolio by combining both firms’ technical capabilities. The collaboration will focus on manufacturing propulsion-related systems for current and future government projects.
Meanwhile, in Denmark, GRSE signed another MoU on June 6, 2025, with SunStone, a renowned expedition cruise vessel provider. This agreement opens doors for potential cooperation in the expedition cruise vessel segment.
These developments mark GRSE’s effort to expand its international footprint and enhance its technological strengths in marine engineering and cruise infrastructure.
