Greenpanel Industries Limited has announced the successful commissioning of its new Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) plant at its existing unit in Tirupati district, Andhra Pradesh. This state-of-the-art facility boasts an impressive installed capacity of 2,31,000 CBM per annum, further strengthening Greenpanel’s position as a leader in the MDF market.
As of today, the company has commenced trial production of thin MDF boards, with thicknesses ranging from 1.5 mm to 1.7 mm. This new range caters to the growing demand for premium-quality MDF in various industries, including furniture, interior design, and construction.
While the project faced delays due to the late delivery of imported machinery—attributed to ongoing global geopolitical challenges—Greenpanel has successfully completed the commissioning phase.
With sustainability and innovation at its core, Greenpanel continues to expand its production capabilities to meet rising market demands. The company will announce the commencement of commercial production in due course.
