GR Infraprojects Limited has emerged as the L1 (lowest) bidder for the BharatNet Phase-3 (Middle Mile) Project, Package-16, in Kerala. The project, tendered by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) on behalf of the Department of Telecom (DoT), involves the design, supply, construction, installation, upgradation, and operations & maintenance (O&M) of the middle mile network. The contract, valued at ₹867.54 crore (inclusive of GST), is under a Design-Build-Operate-Transfer (DBOT) mode.
The project is set to be executed over three years, followed by an additional seven years of O&M. GR Infraprojects has undertaken to update stakeholders on any further developments related to this significant contract.
Additionally, in line with SEBI’s insider trading regulations and the company’s policy, the trading window for dealing in GR Infraprojects’ securities remains closed until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2024, are disclosed.
