GPT Infraprojects’ Fund Raising Committee, in its meeting held on August 26, 2024, approved the company’s upcoming Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP). The committee adopted the Preliminary Placement Document dated August 26, 2024, along with the draft application form for the QIP.
The floor price for the QIP has been set at ₹183.83 per equity share and the Fund Raising Committee also fixed August 26, 2024, as the ‘Relevant Date’ for the QIP. GPT Infraprojects retains the discretion to offer a discount of up to 5% on the floor price to investors participating in the QIP.
