Gothi Plascon (India) Ltd. has announced its financial results for the first quarter of FY25, reporting a stable revenue of ₹105.80 crore, consistent with the same period last year.
The company’s board has also approved several changes, including the appointment of two new Independent Directors, Mr. Ram Prasad Vaduvoor Pattabhiraman and Mrs. Pooja Devi Bokdia, further strengthening its governance structure.
In addition, Mr. Rakesh Rathi and Mr. Manish Tulsyan resigned from their positions as Independent Directors, citing personal reasons. Mr. Prakash Chand, a Non-Executive Independent Director, has retired after completing his second term.
The board has also reconstituted its Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee to reflect the new appointments. These changes signal Gothi Plascon’s commitment to enhancing its corporate governance while maintaining steady financial performance.
