Godrej Properties, one of India’s leading real estate developers, has received the project registration certificate from the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) for its latest luxury residential project — Godrej Trilogy, located in Worli, Mumbai.
Part of a joint redevelopment of a prime land parcel in one of Mumbai’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, the project will feature three premium towers spread across a 2.63-acre plot. The total estimated revenue potential from the development stands at over ₹10,000 crore.
Strategically positioned just off Dr. Annie Besant Road, and adjoining the Mahalaxmi Racecourse, Godrej Trilogy promises uninterrupted views of the Racecourse and the Arabian Sea. The residences are designed to offer an ultra-luxurious lifestyle with spacious layouts, large private decks, and curated world-class amenities.
The company has so far secured RERA approvals for two towers in the first phase, covering around 11 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area. The first phase will include Towers Seaturf and Seafront, which are slated for launch in the current quarter. This phase is expected to make a significant contribution to Godrej Properties’ premium residential portfolio in South Mumbai.
