Godrej Properties Ltd. (BSE: GODREJPROP), one of India’s top real estate developers, has made a significant move by acquiring a sprawling 53-acre land parcel in Joka, Kolkata.
This acquisition paves the way for an exciting new residential project with a development potential of approximately 1.3 million square feet of saleable area. Primarily focused on residential plotted development, this project is estimated to generate revenue of around Rs 500 crore.
