This strategic partnership grants GBL the rights to use Catalyxx’s advanced technology to convert ethanol into biobutanol and higher alcohols. The agreement enables GBL to produce up to 30,000 tons annually, with the first phase focusing on a facility capable of producing 15,000 metric tons.
