Global Offshore Services Ltd has announced that one of its Platform Supply Vessels (PSV) has secured a fresh term contract, marking a significant operational boost for the offshore service provider. The update was shared through an exchange filing dated December 1, 2025.
According to the filing, the vessel has received a firm 90-day contract, with multiple extension options available on a mutual basis. The deployment under this new contract is scheduled to begin in December 2025.
The company estimates the annualized value of the contract to be around ₹25 crore, reflecting sustained demand for offshore support vessels in energy exploration and production activities.
The communication, signed by A.C. Chandarana, Company Secretary & President – Legal & Admin, confirms that the agreement aligns with disclosure norms under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations.
This contract win adds revenue visibility for the company in FY26 and strengthens its operating pipeline as the offshore services sector continues to see improving utilization and day-rates.
