GKW has recently informed exchanges that the company signed a joint development agreement with Anthurium Developers, a fully owned subsidiary of Mahindra Lifespace Developers, to develop a 37-acre land parcel in Bhandup, Mumbai. This land parcel offers a development potential of approximately 3.6 million square feet.
Located in Bhandup, one of Mumbai’s most vibrant real estate suburbs, the site provides excellent connectivity to major business districts. It is accessible via the Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road, the Eastern Express Highway, and offers train and metro links, making it a prime location for urban growth. The project aims to create one of Mumbai’s largest integrated urban spaces, enhancing the city’s real estate landscape.
