GHV Infra Projects Limited, formerly known as Sindu Valley Technologies Limited, has secured a significant work order valued at approximately Rs 191 crore from GHV (India) Private Limited. The company disclosed the development through an official filing to the BSE on March 24, 2025.

As per the intimation, the scope of the project involves the design, engineering, supply, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning of a comprehensive mechanical package. The assignment is part of a larger initiative aimed at implementing a Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) system for a 500 MW power plant in Gujarat. Additionally, the contract includes a three-year operation and maintenance (O&M) commitment.

The execution of the project will follow the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) model, and the company has committed to completing the contract within a 15-month timeframe.

This development marks another step forward for GHV Infra in expanding its footprint in the power infrastructure domain. The company’s growing order book reflects its increasing role in India’s transition to cleaner energy technologies, such as FGD systems, which play a vital role in reducing emissions from coal-based power plants.
